Rebecca Cooper had the first visionary art gallery in the country when she was 19, during the height of the psychedelic movement in the 1970s. In the 80s and 90s in New York, she had a private art salon at 79 and Park Avenue where she did showings and held discussions for many museums and collector's groups. She also does art tours of the newest art enclaves, curates art shows, does certified qualified appraisals, and consults for artists and art lovers alike. She is now an owner of The Gallery in Sag Harbor, and does art tours of Sag Harbor as well.
